The application form for registration of suppliers for 2022 can be downloaded from our website www.slibtec.gov.lk and the application will include the registration fees and terms and conditions applicable to suppliers.

All application should be sent through registered post, clearly marked "Registration of Suppliers – 2022" on the top left corner of the envelope and should reach the Chief Operating Officer, or sent through e-mail, clearly marked "Registration of Suppliers – 2022" on the subject of the e-mail and sent to slibtec@gmail.com addressed to the Chief Operating Officer, on or before January 2022.
